When Memorial Stationery receives a photo or scan from our customers, we do so on the understanding that you have obtained permission to use this for a memorial thank you card or that the photo is not subject copyright.
Prices & Payments:
All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.
Memorial Stationery accepts:
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express over the internet or by phone.
Other payments are available including:
Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order and Internet Transfer. Cheques that are dishonored will incur a dishonor fee.
Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
Personalized Emailed Proofs:
Memorial Stationery provides emailed PDF Proofs of all personalized funeral thank you stationery ordered. We want our customers to receive beautiful memory cards looking exactly as they envisioned and that is why we are happy to tweak these proofs until you are 100% happy with them and at no extra charge!
You can email or phone through any changes you would like to make, we make those changes and email you an ammended proof. Nothing is printed until we receive an emailed approval to do so.
Once approved you agree that all details have been checked and are correct and happy for printing to begin.
Shipping & Delivery:
Please allow 1-3 business days from approval of artwork for your memorial thank you cards to be printed and dispatched.
Thank you cards required for funeral services will be dispatched the same day as ordering or the next business day.
