Do you offer samples?

What happens when a personalized order is completed?
Once your order has been finished an email notification will be sent confirming that your order has been completed and dispatched. You will also receive tracking details and a link to track the progress of your order with Australia Post.

Do you produce a catalogue?
Memorial Stationery's philosophy on our business is to provide the highest quality service at the best prices available. Our catalogue is extensive, but can only be viewed online, it is regularly updated with the latest products.  You can subscribe to our newsletter which will ensure that you are kept up to date on the latest products and any special offers. By having an extensive online catalogue we are able to pass on those savings to the most important people, our customers!

Can I change a layout before it is printed?
Yes. You can change a layout at any time before we actually go to print. If printing has begun or has been completed, re-printing charges will apply.  As part of the proofing process, we will email a PDF file looking exactly as your chosen design with your wording and photos. You can then email back any changes you would like to make, we will then email you a new ammended proof.
 
We want our customers to be 100% happy with the products we produce and are happy to tweak proofs in any way that you would like. Nothing is printed until we have received an emailed approval to do so. There are no additional charges for requested changes prior to printing.
 
We also offer FREE PROFESSIONAL PHOTO RETOUCHING on all photos uploaded. You can use our FILE UPLOAD LINK located on any product page or simply by CLICKING HERE

Do you have a showroom?
If you are located in the Gold Coast region, we are more than happy for you to visit our showroom. A visit to our showroom is by appointment only. Please call on 1300 305 984 or email sales@memorialstationery.com.au to arrange a time.

Can I order if I don't have a credit card?
Memorial Stationery has made it easy for every person to order, whether you have a credit card or not. You can choose from a range of payment options, direct deposit, cheque, money order or you can also place your order online. You may call our on-line store during normal business hours: Ph 1300 305 984. 

Protecting your information is our priority. When you place an order with us, we use a secure server with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of your online order. SSL technology, a powerful protection and security tool, encrypts information transmitted between your computer and the server before it is sent to us. SSL is the standard for leading e-commerce Web sites such as Amazon.com and eBay.com.au
 

I have placed my order for printed stationery, what happens now?
Once your order has been placed and details of your loved one, prayers, poems, verses and thank you message have been received, a design consultant will email a PDF File looking exactly as your order would look printed. You can then email back any changes at all that you would like made, we make those changes and email an ammended proof. Nothing is printed until you are 100% happy with the proof and have emailed an approval to begin printing.
 
Proofs are ammended at no additional charge and all proofs are designed to our customers requirements.

How long does my order take to be dispatched?

Once you have given your approval of the supplied proof, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be printed and dispatched. Our aim is always to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Thank You Cards required for a FUNERAL SERVICE are always dispatched the same day as ordering or the next business day.


I can't find the right design - Can I request a custom design?
Yes, our image library has 1000's of images and we are most likely to have what you are looking for. If you have something particular in mind feel free to email a request and we will be in touch promptly with an answer for you. It does not cost any extra to customise our funeral thank you cards, funeral bookmarks or prayer cards. We are only too happy to search for the right image for you.
 
You can also supply your own image to be used on our funeral stationery. You may have a favourite image of a flower, painting, hobby, scenery or religious image that you would like to use.

What is the quality and sizes of the card stock?

Memorial Stationery's funeral stationery products vary in sizes. Please find the size of the card you are ordering on the product page.

Memorial Stationery only uses the finest, premium quality card stock and envelopes. Card stock is 270gsm.


Can I purchase goods that I can’t find on your website?
If you can’t find what you are looking for on this web site, feel free to contact us with the details of what you are after and we will promptly inform you if we are able to help. Call with your request on 1300 305 984 or email us at sales@memorialstationery.com.au

Are there extra costs that I am not aware of ?
Once you have arrived at checkout that is the final price. There are no hidden costs. All you pay for is the items that you have ordered and shipping costs.

Do you ship to all destinations?
Memorial Stationery ships to just about anywhere in the world, orders placed by customers outside of Australia will have no shipping fee calculated, instead before charging your order a fee for shipping will be emailed to you. If you are happy with those costs then your order will be processed.

Why do you sell your products in packs?
Memorial Stationery sells all products in pack quantities. We want to offer the best prices available and the more you order the cheaper the price will be.

Do you have minimum orders?
Memorial Stationery products are listed on individual product pages with the pack price of a minimum quantity of cards that can be ordered.

Can I add extra products to my order?
You can add extra products to your order, just email us what you are wanting to add or the increased quantity of cards you require prior to printing or dispatch. We can charge the credit details that you have supplied with the additional costs of what you are ordering. 

   
 
 
Can I reorder funeral stationery?
Yes, we keep all of our orders and proofs on file and are more than happy to print extras. This is quite common and we find that sometimes our customers can underestimate the amount of cards they need. You can order any pack quantity and only a flat rate shipping fee will be applied to the cost of the cards.
 
You do not have to reorder through the website, simply email or phone us with your requirements and we can process your order for you. Although if you wish to pay via PayPal you will need to place another order through the website, in order to make a payment via this method.

I found Memorial stationery by chance on the internet. From my first conversation with Nicole nothing was too much trouble. Trying to decide on what is best at such a distressing time was not easy. I changed my mind on many occasions but Nicole's pleasant and helpful manner never wavered. I was advised the cards had been printed and posted and they arrived the following day.
