You then have the opportunity to email any changes you would like to make, we make those changes and re email the proof to you. Nicole was amazing! Nothing was ever a bother for her. She made it so easy and didn't mind changing the proofs to get it perfect. She did a wonderful job, many people took a few bookmarks. Such a beautiful item to remember him by. Everyone loved their little gift I handed out. It was a personal touch that made it just extra special. It arrived just as I was walking into the wake. Exceptional service and lovely product and reliability at such a difficult time. Nicole was helpful on the phone and sorted everything out extremely efficiently but kindly when my computer wouldn't work. Was very easy when everything else has been so hard lately. My mother would be very pleased with the final product too which is important to us.
