You then have the opportunity to email any changes that you would like to make, we make those changes and re email the proof to you. Final cards are only printed once you are 100% happy and have approved the proof. Amendments to proofs are made at no extra charge - unlimited proofs.

From my first phone contact Nicole could not have been more helpful. She patiently explained how everything worked and guided me to the appropriate parts of the website. Assistance was provided in the same respectful way when I had follow up questions. The website has a phenomenal array of choice, I am sure everyone can find what they need there. Funeral Bookmark: Sunflower

I wanted a Bookmark with a Sunflower Design for the First Anniversary Lunch our family were having for my husband to honour his passing and his wonderful life. Nicole came up with a most beautiful Sunflower Design for me. Her emails were always prompt and courteous, but most of all, was her compassion during this difficult time. I started with a Bookmark which was from our adult children, then I wanted a special card from me - Nicole came up with a beautiful card. A few days later I requested a double-sided card with our small grand-children's drawings... once again Nicole assisted... and finally another card from my husband's sisters who are overseas and my sister... Nicole met all of my requests and requirements ... promptly, courteously and compassionately. I cannot thank her enough for taking such great care of all my requests... and most of all for the stunningly beautiful Sunflower Design she chose for us. THANK YOU NICOLE... you were GREAT.
